Carrier Call Recording

Call Recording for Carriers and Service Providers

SIP Print’s Carrier Class VoIP Call Recording Solutions offer world class reliability for carriers with high volume, high value calls.

With network divers and kernel modules designed specifically for carrier-level traffic, SIP Print can record thousands of simultaneous calls without dropping packets or losing calls.

The SIP Print Carrier Solution is engineered for a quick and easy integration with your existing infrastructure through a simple port mirror. This enables call recording without any impact to the reliability of your service in as little as 1U of rack space.  Additional services can be added to the cluster as your call recording needs grow.

For service providers offering Hosted IP-PBX Solutions or SIP Trunking Service, implementing a SIP Print Call Recording Solution immediately makes you CALEA compliant and allows you to offer call recording as an additional value added service to your customers.

Your customers will be able to access their calls through a fully featured Web-based application and know that their data is protected both from other users and malicious outsiders. The web interface can be branded for your use.

Other features include

Record by SIP Address
The SIP Print Voice-Recorder identifies endpoints the same way your call server does: by SIP address. This makes enabling recording on a customer’s line quick and easy.

SIP Address Discovery
Supporting your customers is easy when you can log in to their account. Their privacy will still be protected because your support staff won’t be able to listen to or delete calls.

Storage Options
Call recordings can be stored locally on your SIP Print installation or they can be moved to another device, either locally or offsite.

Data Redundancy
On the SIP Print Appliance, all calls are stored on a RAID 1/0 hard drive array. If one drive goes bad, remove the hot-swappable hard drive and replace it. No data will be lost, and no downtime will occur.

System Alerts
If something does go wrong with your the hardware in your SIP Print installation, such as a failed power supply or hard drive, you will receive and immediate email alert so you can get the problem solved before it impacts customer experience.

Customer Metrics
Track how your customers are using your service by running reports on page views, call playbacks and more.

Optional SSL
You can give your customers added security by enabling SSL access for all areas of the user interface.

Dependable NAT Traversal
One of the biggest issues with recording calls from server-side is associating the SIP sessions and RTP streams despite the IP address changes involved in NAT Traversal. We’ve extensively tested our carrier-grade recording solution in a range of network topologies so this won’t be an issue.

Compact Footprint
SIP Print Voice-Recorders can record 200+ simultaneous calls on a single 1U server and/or 2400 calls on a blade carrier grade server, which means you won’t have to worry about the cost of rack space.

Upload Settings in a CSV
With SIP Print you can upload extension numbers, SIP addresses, names, emails, and other customer data in a Comma Separated Value spreadsheet.

White Label Options
If you’d prefer to offer recording to your customers while keeping them engaged with your branding, we can white label the customer interface to fit your look.

Custom Engineering
Our call recording platform is adaptable and scalable, but for customers with unique requirements, we can always customize our technology to get that perfect fit
