How SIP Print Premise Works
Data Collection
Calls are captured and stored locally with available DES file encryption conforming to Federal Information Processing Standards.
Data Storage and Retention
Media files and metadata are stored locally on the SIP Print appliance in perpetuity or until the records are purposefully deleted by an Administrator. For total storage minutes please see the respective product brief for the SIP Print Appliance of interest.
Playing Recordings
Users access the SIP Print web-based user interface from within their local area network. A single call or multiple calls can then be listened to or downloaded with the click of a button.
